At Ethos Orient, every Song Brocade piece is handcrafted with traditional heritage techniques. We stand behind our artisanal quality and want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer a clear, fair and transparent return & refund policy for your peace of mind.



1. Return Eligibility

  • Valid within 30 days of delivery for most new, unused and unopened items.

  • Items must be returned in original pristine condition, with all original packaging, certificates and tags intact.

  • Returns will be rejected if items show wear, snags, stains or residual perfume scents (for hygiene and craft protection).


2. Return Shipping & Address

  • All returns require quality inspection by our master craftsmen.

  • Return Address: Heritage Studio, Taizhou, China

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees, except for our errors (wrong item, defective product).

  • International return shipping costs may be high. Please check size guides and product details carefully before purchasing. Our team can provide real photos/videos for reference upon request.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Clearance & Final Sale products

  • Custom / personalised bespoke pieces

  • Digital gift cards


4. Return Process

  1. Contact our support team via email: ethosorient.official@gmail.com, with your order number and return reason.

  2. We will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed shipping instructions.

  3. Repack the item securely with original packaging to avoid damage to silk and leather materials.

  4. Mark the RA number clearly on the package; we recommend trackable shipping (FedEx / UPS / DHL) and shipping insurance.


5. Refund Terms

  • After your returned item is received and inspected, you will get a confirmation email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Funds will be returned to your original payment method. Banks may take extra days to update the transaction record.


6. Refund Rules

  • For discounted orders: refunds are calculated based on the final actual paid price.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • For free shipping orders, the actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
